As a creative, I have a mixed relationship with the concept of repetition. 

I enjoy a revitalizing skincare routine, the comfort of rewatching the same reality TV show for the umpteenth time, and above all else, I love a good formulaic process. Knowing exactly how to get to point A to point B, and how to pivot to get back on track in the event something unpredictable occurs, is my bread and butter. 

But I will break out in hives if I repeat a look. Don’t mistake me as a fast fashion culprit, I will just pivot my ensemble by switching in and out elements and feel like a brand new me. I am constantly cooking up ideas for a refresh or a whole new concoction.
